A calorie and macro tracker for iPhone. Type what you ate, take a photo, scan the barcode, or pick it off the menu at 32 restaurant chains. Every number tells you where it came from.

One field at the top of Add food. Search what you've had before and the food database, describe a whole meal in your own words, photograph the plate, or scan the barcode.

Your own history comes first, then the database.
"Chipotle bowl, double chicken, no rice." It splits the meal into items you can correct.
Point it at the plate. Change any item or number before it's logged.
Point, beep, logged. Free, and it never counts toward your lookups.
Tap it to add food. Press and hold it for water, a barcode scan or a weigh-in. Try it.
Before it answers, the AI reads the restaurant's or maker's actual nutrition page. In our test that cut the worst miss from 688 kcal to 80. The test was six items, in August 2026.
Full menus from 32 restaurant chains, nearly 4,000 items, with every size and option. Take the pickles off, add a patty, switch to oat milk, and the total follows, counted from the chain's own published numbers. If something can't be counted, the app says so instead of guessing.

The menus live on your phone and work offline. Numbers come from each chain's published nutrition information. AlisLog isn't affiliated with any of these restaurants.

Recipes know how many servings they make, can hold other recipes, and carry what you serve them with. Cook a batch, split it into portions, and every meal after that is one tap.
Log a serving, a weight, or the whole pot.
Portions count down as you eat them.
Keep the things you buy, and turn a week of recipes into a shopping list.
Share a recipe or your day with your household. End-to-end encrypted, no account.
After a couple of weeks of logs and weigh-ins, AlisLog works out what you actually burn, from your own numbers instead of a formula. It gets sharper the longer you log.
Flick through the deck for everything else it keeps track of.

The week is the budget. Eat under on Tuesday and it's saved for Saturday's dinner out. Go over and the bank goes down. A day you don't log saves nothing.
Open alislog.com/console on any computer and scan the code with your phone. Your history opens in that browser, encrypted end to end. Close the tab and it's gone.

Seven themes, a light theme built from two colours you pick, four styles from Classic to Terminal, square or round corners, and an app icon in your colour. The widgets follow along.

Reads your steps and active energy. Writes meals, water and weigh-ins back, if you turn it on.

With a Live Activity, so it's on your lock screen while you wait.
Say "Log food in AlisLog", then say what you ate. Works with the app closed.
One tap each, on the same day as everything else.
Training-day and rest-day targets.
A flame that changes colour every hundred days.

A spreadsheet of everything, with sources, for you or your dietitian.
Nothing to sign up for, so nothing to breach.
The App Store privacy label is nearly empty.
Your log lives on the device. Delete the app and it's gone.
Household sync passes through a relay that only ever holds ciphertext.
A lookup carries what you typed and nothing else.
